Our Accredited Practicing Dietitians (APDs) provide expert nutritional care through face-to-face, telehealth, or in-home consultations. We accept GP referrals for Dietetic & Dietitian Services Sunshine Coast and ensure seamless collaboration with referring doctors through ongoing reports and patient progress updates. Referrals are accepted from General Practitioners under Medicare for patients with a chronic medical condition and complex care needs where a patient has a GP Management Plan and Team Care Arrangements.
