Banana Overnight Oats with Chia Seeds

Ingredients

– Banana, 1 medium
– Rolled oats, 1/2 cup
– Chia seeds, 1 Tablespoon
– Almond milk, 1 cup

Instructions

1/ In a mason jar or airtight container, mash the ripe banana using a fork. Add the rolled oats, chia seeds and almond milk.
2/ Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
3/ Cover the container and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
4/ In the morning, give the mixture a good stir. If it appears too thick, you can add a little more plant-based milk
to achieve your desired consistency.

Comments

Serve with some fresh banana slices on top or top with fresh berries. Option:- Sweeten with honey or agave.
